Is it really safe to leave my bags at a retail shop?
Honestly, we get this question a lot, and it's a completely fair one. Look, we wouldn't leave our bags there if we didn't trust the host. Every single location in our Canadian network undergoes a rigorous vetting process. We check for security cameras, dedicated non-public storage areas, and we interview the staff. Plus, every booking is backed by our $1,000 Schwartz Protection guarantee. We haven't had a single major incident since we started, and we plan to keep it that way.
What is the "Schwartz Protection" exactly?
It's our commitment to you. If something happens to your bag while it's in our care—whether it's theft or accidental damage—we've got you covered for up to $1,000. It's included in the price of every booking. We want you to wander around Toronto or Vancouver without that little nagging worry in the back of your head.
Do I need to lock my bags?
While we only partner with secure hosts, we always recommend locking your bags before drop-off. It's just good travel practice! Many of our premium locations also offer tamper-proof security seals that we can apply at the time of drop-off for that extra layer of "visual security."
Pricing & Reservations
How much does it cost? Are there hidden fees?
We're not fans of "fine print" either. Our standard rate across most Canadian cities is $5.95 per bag, per day. That's it. No size surcharges, no "processing fees" at the checkout, and definitely no "locker maintenance taxes." The price you see when you search is the price you pay. It's usually about 50% cheaper than the lockers at Union Station or Pearson Airport.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Plans change—especially when you're traveling. That's why we offer free cancellations until the moment you drop off your bags. Just click the cancel link in your confirmation email, and we'll process your refund immediately. No questions asked, no "cancellation credits"—just your money back.
Can I store oversized items like hockey bags or skis?
We are a Canadian company, so of course we can handle your hockey gear! Most of our hosts have plenty of room for oversized items. The best part? We don't charge extra for them. As long as a human can reasonably lift it, we'll store it for the same flat rate.

How do I find the exact address?
For security reasons, we don't list the exact address on our public map until you book. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you the address, a link to Google Maps, and specific drop-off instructions (like "Head to the service counter at the back" or "Enter through the side boutique door"). It's all designed to make the process as smooth as possible.
What are the opening hours?
Every host is different, but many of our locations in major downtown cores (like near Toronto's Entertainment District or Vancouver's Gastown) are open 24/7 or very late. You can filter by "Open Now" or check the specific hours for each host during the booking process. We've noticed that travelers love the flexibility of picking up their bags at 11 PM after a show or dinner.
